2. Service Nature
Our offerings include website development, digital marketing, branding, AI integration, automation solutions, SEO services, and subscription‑based SaaS products such as the Smart School ERP.
3. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are considered only for services that have not yet commenced or for the unearned portion of work already performed.
- Advance payments are refundable only if the project has not started or if we are unable to begin work due to factors beyond our control.
4. Non‑Refundable Services
The following services are generally non‑refundable:
- Consultation and strategic planning sessions.
- Any work already delivered to the client (e.g., design mock‑ups, code repositories).
- Custom integration or implementation work that has been initiated.
5. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project before any work begins, a full refund of the advance payment will be processed within 7‑10 business days. Once work has started, refunds are limited to the unearned portion, at our discretion.
6. Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be granted based on:
- The percentage of work completed versus the total scope.
- Any prepaid third‑party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
7. Subscription / Recurring Services
For SaaS products (e.g., Smart School ERP), refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial months; the subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Third‑Party Expenses
Any third‑party costs (e.g., licensing fees, advertising spend) that have been incurred are non‑refundable.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10‑15 business days after approval.
10. Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of our Terms of Service and governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
